Breakfast Breaks 3 in 1 Breakfast In A Box

This product is clearly made for ... who? We can only guess they think it's for kids who eat breakfast at school instead of at home. The breakfast pack contains a Cheerios cereal bowl, Minute Maid Apple Juice box, California raisins, spoon, napkin, and towelette. Hmmm ... what's missing here? Milk! So on top of the $2.49 for the breakfast kit, you'll have to add in purchasing milk for the cereal. All they need to do is take a look at the package the juice is in to discover just how to pack the milk! But the biggest downfall of this product? Read the label! Where's the nutrition? The entire contents of the kit contains 59 g of carbs and only 4 g of fiber. And what about all the over packaging? The kit is also available with other General Mills cereals.

Zoic Nutrition Drink Belgian Chocolate

Suggested to be used as a low fat and low glycemic meal complement and snack replacement, this chocolate flavored beverage is only 110 calories per serving, 1 g of fat, and 21 g of protein. The can also states that it contains only 2 net carbs. Net carbs are calculated by taking total carbohydrate grams and subtracting those from fiber and sugar alcohol. Counting net carbs is based on the premise that certain carbohydrates contribute to increased blood glucose (sugar) levels, while others do not, implying that our bodies can't metabolize or use them, so they simply don't count them (a formula that many health professionals debunk as mere marketing ploys). All that being said, how does it taste? Artificial. You can even smell the artificial aroma when you pop open the can.
