4. (15 points) Ingredients: What's in it, how natural is it?

5. (10 points) Preparation: When applicable, how accurate or good are the directions?*

6. (5 points) Appearance: Is it appetizing and does it resemble its photo or description?

7. (5 points) Packaging: Is it appropriate for the product and does it have any benefits such as reseal ability, added freshness, better storage, etc?

*Products that do not require any preparation will have the full value of these points included in their total score.

Amy's Organic Soups Chunky Tomato Bisque

This delicious soup has a nice aroma and a flavorful, rich tomato taste. Unlike so many processed tomato soups where tomato paste has been used, resulting in the soup having been cooked and re-cooked, Amy's uses tomato puree and diced tomatoes, ensuring the fresh, vivid taste. Like most canned soups, the sodium and sugar contents are high, but overall we think this is a very good product. Retails for $2.79/14.5-oz can.

We love that this cookie is made from heart-healthy whole grains, oatmeal and canola oil, and it tastes very good. This new candy bar may be an offspring of the Reese's peanut butter cup, but don't expect the same intense peanut butter flavor. In fact, you can expect something more like the taste of a peanut flavored 3 Musketeers. It's lighter in taste and texture and contains 40% less fat. That makes this candy bar a much more reasonable choice for those watching their waistlines, but wanting to treat themselves to something sweet once in a while. Doritos Collisions Hot Wings & Blue Cheese Tortilla Chips

Here's a unique way to satisfy one's chip flavor needs! Two flavors in one bag. New from Frito-Lay, this product combines hot wing flavored chips with blue cheese flavored chips. We think it's an interesting idea and wouldn't be surprised if consumers find the flavor combination appealing. However, what we've been seeing a lot these days with chips is shorter and simpler ingredients ... and a healthier nutritional profile. Why not with this one? We still see MSG and Maltodextrin in the long list of ingredients, and none of that is appealing. Retails for $3.49/12.25-oz bag.
